We started with a simple belief: that everyone deserves a home that truly feels like one.
Our story
Solution4Lodging was founded by people who had seen, first-hand, the difference that the right home can make to someone's life. Too often, adults with care and support needs are placed in environments that feel institutional — where the focus is on managing risk rather than enabling people to live well.
We set out to do things differently. From our very first property in Cambridgeshire, our goal has been to create homes that are genuinely warm, safe, and person-centred — places where residents feel respected, supported, and at ease.
Today, we operate across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, working in close partnership with local authorities, NHS commissioners, families, and the people we support. We're proud of what we've built — and we're committed to continuing to raise the bar.
